The hotel was built in 1969 and renovated in 1997. It consists of 230 rooms on 12 floors of which 205 are doubles, 2 are singles and 28 are suites. The welcoming lobby contains a 24-hour reception with WiFi, a safe, a currency exchange desk and lifts. The hotel is well equipped with a café, a newspaper stand, a supermarket and 2 bars. In addition there is a games room, a TV room, a restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children available on request and Internet access. Furthermore the hotel offers a laundry service, medical assistance, a kids club and playground for children.

All the rooms contain a tiled en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a safe, central heating and a balcony with views out over the sea.
